Disco Santa
Hi crafters, It’s Christmas in July at Simon says stamp challenge. Look at this cute Santa straight from the the seventies doing a John Travolta impression.
I wanted a foiled background and had issues as you can see here. I decided to use this one anyway as I have no more red foil. This is the grunge version 😉 .
Every disco Santa needs a disco ball, but if you can’t have that, a circle of card with homemade glitter paste will have to do.
Now Santa needs to show us his moves so I made a wobbler. First I got some finer galvanised wire from the garage and wrapped it round a marker.
I cut some off and kept the rest for another dancer. I cut some half inch circles and made tiny cuts in them and sat wire against it and glued.
Next I put the other circle on the other side and clamped until the glue set.
I poked a hole in the centre of the glitter circle and put the other end of wire through it. I put glue against that then foam tape over back of the circle. I put glue on small paper circle  and arranged Santa and clamped him till secure. Silver washi tape at edges finishes it off.
