Hi crafters. I’m on a roll! The Simon says Stamp Monday challenge is going around in circles this week, so why not a circular card? I cut a piece of green/blue brayer paper from using the gel press, and cut it with the largest Hero Arts infinity circle die. I had been given plastic craft buttons a while ago and I thought this challenge might be a good chance to use them. I stamped all the buttons with black Stazon ink using Prima stamps: Read to me, Solar and lunar and Messy. I traced a circle inside my green circle and punched holes along the pencil line with a 1/16th punch. I sewed the buttons on with green crochet cotton. I cut 2 of the Kaisercraft sketch circle die from precoloured photo paper and glued them inside the buttons with overlap. I stacked a couple of the Poppy stamps doodled happy birthday die for the sentiment. I cut a card base with the largest infinity circle die with the edge of the die hanging past the fold. To make the card be able to stand, I cut an arc with the same big circle die from the bottom of the back of the card base. The card fits in a 5.5 inch square envelope.
I am entering this card in Simon says Stamp Monday challenge: Going around in circles.
