Hi crafters. I tried out some watercolour paint on some Pinkfresh studio Dainty Blossoms for the December Pinkfresh Studio Challenge.
Since Christmas is over, I’m not using the theme, just the colours. I started by cutting a Noteworthy Frame into watercolour paper. I painted this with the challenge blues. While this was drying, I put a piece of the same watercolour paper through the Xyron machine. I then covered it with Dainty Blossom dies. This was quite thick so the pieces tended to stay in the diecuts. I painted the flowers and attempted to mix the challenge colours. When it was all dry, I made a flower arrangement and adhered the blooms. I had a scrap of cardstock with gold foil tape on it. I cut the Pinkfresh Studio Classic Words Happy Birthday die from this. The panel was adhered to a yellow cardbase with fun foam underneath it.
