Diecut twofer

Hi crafters. I made a card for the Simon says Stamp Wednesday challenge and it became a twofer. I have some shiny, translucent, rainbow vinyl which I thought would be great with the Waffleflower Rainbow birthday die. I decided to cut it from gold glitter cardstock as a contrast to the vinyl. I backed the glitter cardstock with Diecut n bond and diecut it to make it more like a sticker. I was influenced by Jennifer McGuire and cut it and another sentiment from the centre of a 5×7 area and then cut Simon Says Stamp A7 thin frames from the remaining. It was pretty thick with the diecut n bond ( even though this is thin) so my diecutting isn’t perfect. I cut the frames as the vinyl isn’t quite 7 inches tall so I thought a frame would be nice. I stuck the frame down, then alternate layers of the sentiment. But then I had lots of pieces left so I made the twofer with the other die cuts.

There are a lot of reflections in the photos as the vinyl is so shiny. I am entering these cards in the following challenge:

Simon says Stamp Wednesday challenge: Use dies or punches.

Love myself a ‘twofer’ and this one is fabulous and shiny and FUN! I was looking at this die only just a few hours ago and thinking I ‘must’ use it again, it’s a beaut and so are your cards!
