Heart card

Hi crafters. I was looking at the lovely cards for the CUTplorations February challenge when I realised this would be a perfect way to use up some already cut out flowers, bees and leaves that I had. Most of these were cut from watercolour paper with secondhand punches and watercoloured a long time ago. Some of the leaves are from Tim Holtz’s funky florals that had been cut from scrap paper in the past. I cut a heart shape from scrap and started gluing. I stamped a sentiment with Stamplorations Celebrate Stamp set onto vellum and gold heat embossed it. I’m pleased as I’ve reduced the mess in the craft room and made a card at the same time! WinWin!!

Yes, yes, yes! Way to use up those die cuts AND produce a beautiful card for your stash! Thanks for playing with us at CUTplorations in February!
