Still rolling

Hi crafters. Another circular card. I was looking for a piece of paper to cut this card from and found this watercoloured piece in my pile. I cut it with the largest Hero Arts infinity circle die and then again with the Kaisercraft mixed media circles die. I glued that over another red circle. I used up some more plastic craft buttons by stamping Happy Birthday on them with the Simon says Stamp grunge alphabet stamps and Stazon ink. I placed each stamp on a small piece of acetate to stamp it so I could press on the edges of the curved buttons. I glued the buttons into the spaces. I thought about sewing them on, but it would have obscured the letters. I traced the largest circle die on a card base with the edge hanging over the fold and cut it out. This gave me a little border around the circle.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Simon says Stamp Monday challenge: Going around in circles

Simon says Stamp Wednesday challenge: Anything goes

What a great project! I always look forward to seeing what you’ve been up to in your experimentation. I love your mantra of just trying things without worrying about the outcome. We are so held back by our own perfection-pressure, so I really feel inspired by what you’re doing here. And this card is fabulous! The structure is very clever and I adore how you stamped on the buttons! You are ever-creative and I appreciate your ongoing support of our Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
