Copper birthday

Hi crafters. I decided to use the leftover pieces from this card. I just used the copper and brown pieces. I pieced them together on scrap paper. I wanted to grunge the edges. I started with acorn archival ink and a grunge stamp but it wasn’t that visible. Then I tried black ink. I then added some grunge stamping with embossing ink and copper powder. This seemed to be the wrong colour so I ended up adding more embossing in SSS rose gold and then black. I used the 49 and market Pascale’s Formula for the black and rose gold embossing. The MFT sentiment was cut from the same brown cardstock which had been stamped with Pascale’s Formula and covered in clear heat embossing.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Simon says Stamp Monday challenge: It’s a man thing

Simon says Stamp Wednesday challenge: Something Metallic

Happy crafting,
