Rainbow triangles

Hi crafters. This card is all based around the Paper Smooches triangles die. First I cut it from thick watercolour Paper and scribbled Arteza water based markers in rainbow order down it. I did this with the little bits still intact, so I have little triangles for another card. I also cut this die from sticky-backed fun foam. I gently laid the foam onto a thick piece of clear acetate and cut around the acetate. I used this as a stamp for the top and bottom of the card. I drew lines and worked out where to place my diecut in the centre of a 5×7 cardbase. I then put the cardbase in the stamping platform, lined up my foam stamp, and stuck it to the door with double sided tape. I used the same markers to colour the stamp, misted and stamped. I turned the card base upside down and stamped again. The foam on the acetate is fine so I can use it again.

The shaker was created by cutting the Triangles die from 4 adhesive-backed pieces of white cardstock, plus a layer of sticky-backed fun foam. These were all layered, then adhered to acetate. I cut the diagonal, and alternate horizontal lines out, leaving a rectangle with 2 horizontals still on the acetate. The watercoloured piece was glued on top and sequins were laid on the cardbase before it was glued down. The sentiment comes from the Paper Smooches Sentiment sampler stamp set. These stamps and the die are no longer available at Paper Smooches as they are having a retirement sale.

I added a couple of black strips to finish it off.
