Stitched rainbow

Hi crafters. There’s something therapeutic about stitching a rainbow. The current Paper Smooches challenge is Rainbows so I decided to stitch one using the retired Paper Smooches cross stitch die. I used floss in bright colours and worked my way along the panel. I cut the panel so I had room to stamp underneath if I wanted. When I finished I considered stamping a sentiment along the bottom, sticking a diecut on top, but I eventually decided to emboss a sentiment from Paper Smooches Birthday sampler onto acetate. I cut the acetate with a banner die and sewed it down on the left side.
