Steampunk

Hi crafters. The Simon says Stamp Monday challenge is Steampunk. I don’t have much in the Steampunk category so I went searching. The paper is from the Paper Rose Industrial paper pack. I used the Paper Rose Huds stencil with copper paste on the paper. There is a Kaisercraft Subway texture diecut embossed twice with copper powder. I coloured a Tim Holtz paper doll and added a drawing of a funnel from a book which I coloured and glued over his head. I also used some other bits cut from a book: a bolt, a pipe and an X-ray of a machine. I wanted a large font for the sentiment so I masked off some of the Darkroom Door Birthday small stamp and embossed it in copper.
