Neutral quarters

Hi crafters. It’s been raining, which is the perfect time for paper piecing. I pulled out the SSS Geometric Circles dies and started playing with various neutral papers. The card was inspired by the beautiful handmade paper I found, which I used as the background. I made various circles and then decided to separate out the darker ones for a separate, darker card for which I used a wooden shelf liner for the background. I had some left over circles so I made a third card with less dimension. I used the same SSS sentiment die for all 3 cards. For the darker card, I clear embossed the diecut to make the kraft a darker colour. It is interesting to see how changing the colours varies the look.

I am entering these cards in the Simon says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is to use 2 or more pattern papers.
Happy crafting,
Christine
